QALBI — TERMS OF SERVICE

Qalbi is an online matrimonial and matchmaking platform designed primarily to facilitate introductions and communication between individuals seeking marriage.

Qalbi provides technological tools that may allow users to:

• Create and manage a personal profile
• Upload profile photographs and information
• Discover other members
• Search for potential matches
• Communicate with other members
• Exchange messages
• Use available voice or video communication features
• Express interest in other members
• Use other matchmaking-related features made available by Qalbi

Qalbi is a matchmaking and communication platform. Qalbi does not guarantee that a member will find a spouse, relationship, engagement, or marriage through the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Qalbi and must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

By registering, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• You are genuinely interested in marriage.
• You will not use Qalbi for fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qalbi reserves the right to request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to protect the platform and its members.

To use certain Qalbi features, you must create an account.

During registration, you may be required to provide information including:

• Name or display name
• Email address
• Password
• Gender
• Date of birth or age
• Country/location
• Profile information
• Photograph
• Other information necessary to create your matrimonial profile

You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your profile remains accurate and up to date.

You must not create an account using another person's identity without authorization.

Qalbi may require users to verify their email address before accessing certain features.

The verification process is intended to help protect the platform against fake accounts, automated registrations and misuse.

However, email verification does not constitute complete identity verification.

Users should therefore exercise reasonable caution when communicating with other members.

You are responsible for the information, photographs and other content you publish on your profile.

You agree that your profile information:

• Is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• Does not intentionally misrepresent your identity.
• Does not contain fraudulent information.
• Does not impersonate another person.
• Does not contain unlawful or abusive material.

Qalbi may remove or restrict profiles that violate these Terms or create a significant risk to other members.

Qalbi requires a minimum level of profile completion before a member can be visible to, and can browse, other members. This currently requires: at least 10% profile completion, gender specified, and at least one profile photo uploaded. Until these requirements are met, a member's profile will not be shown to other members, and the member will not be able to browse other members' profiles. These requirements may be updated from time to time at Qalbi's discretion. If a member's profile remains below these requirements for an extended period after registration, Qalbi may automatically delete the account, consistent with the account deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.

Qalbi is intended for individuals who are genuinely seeking marriage.

You must not use Qalbi primarily for:

• Casual dating where inconsistent with the platform's purpose
• Sexual solicitation
• Commercial solicitation
• Advertising unrelated products or services
• Recruiting customers or clients
• Promoting businesses
• Fraudulent activities
• Obtaining money from other members
• Any unlawful purpose

Qalbi may provide messaging, voice, video or other communication features.

These features are provided to facilitate communication between members.

Qalbi does not control or guarantee the content of private communications between members.

You are responsible for your own interactions with other members.

You should never send money, financial information, passwords, authentication codes or other sensitive information to another member unless you fully understand the risks.

Users must not:

• Create fake or fraudulent accounts.
• Impersonate another person.
• Misrepresent their age, marital status or identity.
• Harass, threaten or intimidate another member.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Request money from members using deceptive claims.
• Attempt to scam another member.
• Use Qalbi for illegal activities.
• Upload unlawful or sexually explicit content.
• Distribute malware or malicious software.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Attempt to bypass Qalbi's security systems.
• Collect or misuse other members' personal information.
• Use Qalbi to promote unrelated commercial activities.
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect member information without authorization.

Qalbi takes reasonable measures designed to reduce fake accounts, fraud and abuse.

These measures may include:

• Email verification
• Account monitoring
• User reporting
• Blocking functionality
• Manual or automated review
• Account suspension
• Account termination
• Other security measures introduced by Qalbi

However, no online platform can guarantee that every user is genuine or that fraud will never occur.

Users should remain cautious and report suspicious behavior to Qalbi.

Users may report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

Qalbi may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including:

• Warning the user
• Restricting features
• Suspending an account
• Removing content
• Terminating an account
• Taking other appropriate measures

Qalbi may also take action without receiving a user report where it identifies activity that appears to violate these Terms.

Qalbi may offer paid membership plans.

At the current launch stage, Qalbi offers:

• Monthly Membership — €10 EUR per month (or the equivalent amount in the currency shown on the payment page)

This launch price may be changed by Qalbi at any time for future billing periods.

The applicable price will be displayed to you on the payment page before you pay. Your bank or any intermediary bank may apply currency conversion and transfer fees to your payment; Qalbi is not responsible for those rates or fees. You are responsible for ensuring that the full membership price, after all such fees and conversions, is received in our account. A transfer that arrives short may not be credited to your account until the difference is paid.

Membership is paid monthly by bank transfer and is not automatically charged. You must actively make a new payment each month to continue your membership; Qalbi does not store your payment details and will never take money from your account. Qalbi may, but is not obliged to, send you a courtesy reminder before your current membership period ends. It is your responsibility to keep track of your renewal date.

If you do not renew before your current membership period ends, your access to paid membership features will end, and you will need to complete a new payment to regain access. Qalbi is not responsible for any interruption in access resulting from a missed renewal, including where a reminder was not sent, received, or seen.

Qalbi reserves the right to change future pricing or membership offers for upcoming billing periods. Any price change will not apply to a period you have already paid for.

Your membership gives you continued access to Qalbi's membership features for the paid period you have renewed, subject to these Terms.

Membership access does not mean that Qalbi guarantees that the website or service will operate indefinitely.

Qalbi may modify, suspend or discontinue certain features or services where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Payments are made by manual bank transfer to the bank account details shown on the payment page, which is available to logged-in members. Payment is not processed automatically and is not completed through the website itself.

To allow us to match your payment to your account:

• The name on the bank transfer must exactly match the full name you registered with on Qalbi. Payments made under a different name cannot be verified, and may not be accepted or credited.
• After paying, you must email a copy of your payment receipt or confirmation to info@qalbi.online, ideally from the email address you registered with.
• Your membership is activated only after we have verified your payment against our bank records. Verification is done manually, so activation may not be immediate.

We may ask you for further information to verify a payment. If we cannot match a payment to an account, we will contact you to resolve it, and may return the payment in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Before completing a purchase, users will be shown the applicable:

• Membership price
• Payment amount
• Payment method
• Applicable payment conditions

Qalbi does not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are made directly by bank transfer.

Refunds are governed by Qalbi's separate Refund Policy.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Because membership is not automatically charged, you do not need to actively "cancel" a subscription to stop being billed — simply choosing not to renew when your current period ends will stop any further payment.

If you wish to close your account entirely (rather than simply letting your membership lapse), you may do so at any time in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for your current, already-paid membership period.

Refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable Refund Policy and applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Qalbi, including photographs and profile information, subject to the rights necessary for Qalbi to operate the service.

By uploading content to Qalbi, you grant Qalbi a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display and process that content as necessary to provide and operate the Qalbi service.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

Qalbi collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Qalbi may collect, use, store, protect and process personal information.

By using Qalbi, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

Qalbi may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including services related to:

• Payment processing
• Email delivery
• Authentication
• Hosting
• Video communication
• Analytics
• Security
• Infrastructure

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Qalbi is not responsible for the independent actions, availability or policies of third-party providers.

Qalbi may provide video or voice communication features through Qalbi's own infrastructure or third-party technology providers.

Availability of these features may depend on technical conditions, internet connectivity and third-party services.

Qalbi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of video or communication features.

Qalbi may suspend or terminate an account if:

• The user violates these Terms.
• The user engages in fraudulent activity.
• The user creates a significant safety risk.
• The user provides materially false information.
• The user abuses another member.
• The user attempts to compromise Qalbi's systems.
• The user's activity violates applicable law.

Where appropriate, Qalbi may provide notice before taking action. However, immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or comply with legal obligations.

Qalbi provides matchmaking technology and communication tools.

Qalbi does not guarantee:

• That a user will find a suitable match.
• That another member will respond.
• That communication will lead to a relationship.
• That communication will lead to engagement.
• That communication will lead to marriage.
• That information provided by another member is completely accurate.

Users are responsible for making their own decisions regarding relationships and marriage.

Users should take reasonable precautions when meeting or communicating with other members.

Qalbi recommends that users:

• Verify information independently.
• Avoid sending money to people they meet online.
• Avoid sharing sensitive financial information.
• Report suspicious behavior.
• Use appropriate caution before meeting another member in person.
• Inform trusted family members when appropriate.

Qalbi provides a platform that facilitates introductions and communication.

Qalbi is not a party to agreements, relationships, engagements or marriages between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qalbi is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Misrepresentation by another user
• Fraud committed by another user
• User-to-user disputes
• Personal relationships
• Offline meetings
• Engagements or marriages
• Money voluntarily transferred between users

This does not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Qalbi will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of its services.

However, Qalbi does not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available.
• The service will be completely error-free.
• All features will always operate without interruption.
• Third-party services will always be available.
• The service will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Maintenance, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances beyond Qalbi's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Qalbi may add, modify, remove or discontinue features from time to time.

Where changes materially affect users, Qalbi may provide appropriate notice where required by applicable law.

The Qalbi name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, branding and other original materials provided by Qalbi are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Qalbi's intellectual property without authorization.

If you experience:

• Fraud
• Harassment
• Fake profiles
• Abuse
• Security issues
• Payment problems
• Other violations

Qalbi may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, Qalbi may provide appropriate notice.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
